Our staff provide a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental space for individuals experiencing any form of emotional distress or to anyone who is concerned about another person’s safety or mental wellbeing.

  • Listen with empathy and respect
  • Help you talk through what you’re feeling
  • Assess immediate safety concerns
  • Offer support, coping strategies, and resources tailored to your needs.

Our goal is to promote your safety using the least disruptive approach possible.
