Adolescent Alcohol and Drug Treatment Ages: 13-18

This program is open to adolescents who have a chemical dependency problem and require more frequent and intensive therapy, or those with a chemical dependency problem coupled with emotional/behavioral problems. Centerstone staff members provide individualized treatment plans that address substance abuse and mental health needs.
Eligibility: The adolescent must be suffering from a substance abuse or dependence disorder (DSM IV-TR). Enrollment is determined by the program staff following a complete assessment to determine eligibility.
