Child and Youth Residential Treatment Services - In-Home Counseling and Case Management Ages: 0-18

The program provides counseling and case management services to adolescents and their families when an adolescent has been moved to state custody due to severe behavioral problems. The goal of the program is to keep the family unified and return the child to their home and community as soon as possible. In-home counseling and case management services are provided to help youth and family with transitioning.
