Criminal Justice Liaisons provide continuity of care for individuals who have been incarcerated or are at risk of incarceration in designated counties. Goals include providing early identification of individuals with mental illness within the county jails; diversionary options and/or resources; consultation with law enforcement, county personnel and court officials; training and education; and discharge planning.
