Living Sober / 24 weeks Ages: 18 and older

Living Sober is a 24-week group, which is intended to support, monitor and integrate the information clients have learned in IOP. Clients are expected to attend 3 AA/NA meetings a week and have regular sponsor contact while in treatment. Clients will learn how to manage the ongoing challenges related to triggers, cravings, risky situations, sober support, and life stresses
Eligibility: Clients must have completed IOP or its equivalent. They usually have had 2+ treatment episodes. Clients must be involved in 12 step meetings with sponsor. Clients returning from Richmond State Hospital. Clients who participate in Drug Court will likely be referred to Living Sober 24-week Group; meets once weekly for 1.5 hrs
