Centerstone performs PASAR evaluations within nursing facilities, which is required for all residents who are receiving psychotropic medications. Purpose is to assess the need for additional services and appropriate treatment within the nursing home facility
Eligibility: Nursing homes must request assessment; State of Indiana requires the annual evaluation
