| Project CARE provides individualized care, access to treatment, and community support services to men and women leaving the Indiana Department of Correction. The main goal of the program is to keep individuals from re-offending by offering individualized and complex wrap-around services to adults in a community setting, focusing on the transitional period between a state correctional institution and the home community. Services include, but are not limited to, mental health and substance abuse treatment, vocational services, assistance with finding housing, and community support. | ||
