Centerstone has an extensive residential services continuum for adults with serious mental illness who are receiving clinical services from our clinics. Both transitional and permanent housing is available with varying levels of accompanying supportive services. Centerstone has over 316 residential beds in 27 facilities. Forty-six of these beds are reserved for clients meeting the HUD definition of homelessness.
Eligibility: Individuals assessed as having a serious mental illness but non-aggressive, medically stable, non-substance abusing, and able to care for his or herself in a supportive environment.
