For more than 20 years, this innovative program has provided comprehensive evaluation and intensive treatment to children ages 30 months to 5 years, who have been victims of or are at high-risk for neglect, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, or have witnessed traumatic events, and/or, display atypical emotions and behaviors. The treatment attempts to break the cycle of abuse, to overcome developmental delays, to restructure the family and physical environments and to improve parenting skills.
