DESCRIPTION:Seeking Safety is an evidence-based skills group tailored to women who have experienced trauma or substance use. Seeking Safety offers 25 topics\, each representing coping skills relevant to trauma and substance use disorder\, such as healthy relationships\, healing from anger\, and recovery thinking. \nTo promote a safe and effective treatment group\, this event is only open to individuals who identify as female. \nIn order to receive a certificate of completion\, participants are expected to complete ten sessions. \nTopics can be completed in any order\, so you can join the group at any time. \n \n\n\nEvery Thursday\nBeginning January 8\, 2026\n11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CT\nRegister with the form below\n\n\n“Although the world is full of suffering\, it is full also of the overcoming of it.” Hellen Keller\n \n\n\n\nTo register for the group\, please complete the form below:
