Centerstone’s Kirksville location at Baltimore Street provides prevention services for children, adolescents, families, and communities throughout Kirksville and the surrounding area. Located at 1902 South Baltimore Street, Suites 300 and 400, the office is conveniently accessible from U.S. Highway 63 and nearby major roadways. On-site parking is available for visitors, providing convenient access to the building. Services include addiction prevention, prevention education, and children and family programs that help individuals develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and reduce risk factors associated with substance use. The office partners with schools, community organizations, and local agencies to support prevention efforts across the region. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
